After you make a reservation request and have not been accepted you can log in to your account dashboard and make the necessary changes. If the reservation has been accepted signin to your dashboard and request the host to accept a change with our private message system.

You will receive an email with all details about your reservation, always check your spam folder, you can also log in to your dashboard account and review all details about your reservation.
All reservations are charged in full upon acceptance.
If the host cancels your reservation for any reason, other than your fault or you fail to follow the rules and regulations of the property you are entitled to receive a full refund.
